GEP Environmental presented a series of workshops at the Big Green Event in Southampton on the 20th September. The second one was titled "Building Refurbishment and the MEES regulations".

This workshop was presented by Emma Hutchinson, our Director and Principal Engineer. She covered the impact of the new minimum energy efficiency standards on the commercial rented property sector and when this will become a requirement. The workshop also detailed the requirements to comply and the various mechanisms available to do so.
