London Energy Project framework

GEP awarded new LEP framework

19th April 2017

GEP are delighted to have secured the award to provide CRC auditing and other energy services through the latest LEP framework.

The London Energy Project is hosted by Haringey Council and has operated a leading centre of expertise for public sector energy procurement and carbon reporting since it was created in 2006. A unique collaboration of 35 public authorities from London and the English regions, it is funded on a co-operative basis under collective governance. Specifically designed to meet Public Sector business requirements, LEP services are available for use by local authority, fire, police and educational organisations in England and Wales and may be directly called-off (no mini-competition required) from an OJEU compliant, single supplier framework awarded to GEP Environmental Ltd.

Primarily arranged for the provision of compliance audits for the CRC, the Carbon Reduction Commitment, the new framework includes a wide range of additional energy services for the first time in 2017. These include:

  • ESOS audits
  • ISO 50001 implementation support
  • Strategic Energy Management
  • Impact assessments
  • Energy data management and analysis
  • Energy efficiency audits
  • Energy Performance Certificates
  • Display Energy Certificates
